Introduction

 I have spent a great deal of my life on the edge of uncertainty. What I mean is that I have experienced much that calls into question my contact with reality. It is the purpose of this blog to address and document the prominent experiences and observations of my life with regard to this aspect of my perceptions.

Background & Introduction

 I’m posting to this site for the primary purpose of self-therapy: a catharsis for unexpressed lifetime content of pent-up emotions and memories. So, while I’ll be surprised if anyone anywhere reads these comments, it will serve one selfish purpose. I’ll be able to read my own story, told in a somewhat coherent manner. I was born into the world with a chip on both my shoulders. But in all fairness to myself, my birth was anything but without considerable trauma. Lodged against my mother’s pubic bone for 36 hours, I made me eventual presentation to the world with a crushed skull, extruding eye and evidence of a considerable stroke. The only reason I mention this is its probable role in the eventual development of symptoms consistent with schizophrenia. Those symptoms, and the subjective experiences brought about as a result, are the basis of the ongoing entries to this blog.
